1. What FairInsights provides
FairInsights is a price fairness tool that estimates the operating cost of transport journeys and compares them to ticket prices. Fairness scores and grades are estimates based on publicly available industry data — they are not audited financial figures and should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions.
2. No warranties
FairInsights is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any fare data, cost estimates, or fairness scores. Actual airline costs vary significantly from our estimates due to factors we do not model.
3. Free tier
Basic fare searches, A-F fairness grades, and cost breakdowns are free and unlimited. We reserve the right to introduce rate limits to prevent abuse.
4. Paid features
AI deep analyses are charged at $1 per analysis, processed via Stripe. All purchases are final. If a technical error prevents delivery, contact hello@fairinsights.org for a refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use FairInsights to:
- Scrape or bulk-export fare data without a Business API agreement.
- Reverse-engineer or copy our cost models for commercial use.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication.
6. Affiliate links
Some booking links are affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you book through them. This does not affect our fairness scores.
7. Limitation of liability
FairInsights is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on fare data, cost estimates, or fairness scores.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
